Tonight is the 1st Annual Potluck Dinner with the In Pursuit of Ale chicks. We are going to the Yards Brewery for a tour and potluck. I’m making Frito Pie, a Texas favorite. It’s Fritos, layered with chili, layered with cheese ::REPEAT::
It’s a great cold weather meal, I hope it’s a hit.
p.s. I’m nervous about cooking, I’m better at eggs and cottage cheese.
